Occasionally, you may find that your members are not being displayed as online in your chat bar, even when they’re signed in. This article will help you troubleshoot the issue.
In most cases, the issue can be resolved in the Task Scheduler section of your admin panel. Specifically, you probably need to make some changes to the “Chat Data Maintenance” field to ensure the Task Scheduler is running often enough to keep your chat bar up to date.
To find out whether the Task Scheduler is running often enough, log in to the Admin Panel of your site and navigate to Settings > Task Scheduler.
In the “Stats” column displayed there, you can see the time when Task Scheduler was last run successfully.
After making the above changes, the “Chat Data Maintenance” task will start running properly and your problem should be resolved.
